Our goal from the start was for Donburi Kitchen to be a place where everyone in the communities we serve could come to appreciate authentic Japanese cuisine. We hold ourselves to providing a positive food experience with high quality, delicious ingredients.
It began with a young couple who immigrated from Japan to Seattle, bringing along their self-taught recipes from home in hopes of starting their own restaurant. Today they celebrate having served Washington for 40 years, and with much more to come.
